Our new funeral home facility opened in the Fall of 2008 and was designed with a home atmosphere to accommodate your family and guests. This warm setting and home characteristics allow for your comfort and relaxation when it is most appreciated. Ample off-street parking is available and our central location has proven to be convenient for those in our community and those guests arriving from out of town. We have provided a large portico to enable visitors to enter directly, protected from the weather elements. Our spacious ground floor home is fully ADA accessible.

Once inside you will view our spacious and welcoming Main Lobby for relaxed gathering. Many people comment on the beauty of the fireplace particularly on those cool days and chilly evenings. You will notice our Library complete with a wide variety of periodicals, books, and materials on many topics associated with both, grief and the funeral profession. This serves as a place for study, small group conversations, and meeting area with family or clergy. We provided a fully equipped Lounge for the use of the immediate family members we are serving enabling them to have a private respite area. The main Chapel or Reception Area accommodates comfortable seating of 280 people for a service, and can be divided into three well-sized visiting rooms for family and guests with soundproof walls.

Our South Lobby entrance will provide access to the offices, Conference Room, Identification Room, Monument area and Merchandise Rooms. In addition, restricted areas such as our state of the art Operating Room, Hair Stylist and Dressing Room, Cremation Room, Flower Receiving Room, and Garage are in this portion of our home.

The home is equipped with monitored security systems because the people we are serving, their trust, and confidential records are extremely important to us. While our home is functional, great efforts were made to allow your visit to be welcoming, not anxious, and to comfortably serve several familes at once, even those services which may be larger than normal. Below are photographs of various areas you may have an interest in seeing.

Although often taken for granted, the fleet of automobiles is very important in carrying out all of the diverse responsibilities of a funeral home. At Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home we own late model rolling stock including a Lead/Clergy Sedan, Hearse, nine passenger Limousine, and two service vans. They are quality, well maintained vehicles replaced every several years. We also have a source for additional automobile equipment when needed.

We offer the finest, most modern, and most comfortable spacious facilities in the Piqua and Miami County area.

Michael and Susan Yannucci were humbled to have been honored as the Business Persons of the Year in 2003 from the Piqua Area Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home was designated with a City Beautification Award in 2009 for their new facilities.

Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home represents value within the funeral profession in the area. Our costs are fair and more conservative than many in this part of Ohio.  While you may find lower fees somewhere, you will not receive the quality staff, fine facilities, automobiles, breadth of services and care we provide. For the last 3 years, we earned a 98.5% satisfaction rating on after-service surveys from the families we have been privileged to assist.

We appreciate the opportunity to render dignified personal service and welcome your consideration.
