Victoria L. Jennings, 71, of Troy, passed away at 4:17 p.m. Thursday, July 20, 2023 at Kettering Hospital. She was born December 9, 1951 in Piqua to the late Chester A. Vincent and Katherine K. (Richardson) Gudorf. She married her first husband, Duaine K. Vogler on July 18, 1970 and he preceded her in death March 9, 1975. She then married Thomas A. Jennings on February 29, 1996 and he preceded her in death on January 20, 2010.
Survivors include five children, Kendra (Tim) McNutt of Troy, D. Brad (Carmen) Vogler of Piqua, Brandi (Jennifer) Vogler of Piqua, Mike (Julie) Jennings of Covington, and Tom (April) Jennings of Covington; sixteen grandchildren, Daniel (Morgan) Darst, Amber McNutt, Chris Vogler, Andy (Brook) Vogler, Wesley Vogler, Brandon Emrick, Brooke Emrick, Keegan Bates, Kendal (Brian) Hampton, Marqus (Katie) Curtis, Jacob (Nicki) Curtis, Heaven (Fred) Shoffner, Jesie (Jess) Geuy, Jake (Mary) Jennings, Daniel Jennings, and Damian (Katlynn) Ray; nineteen great grandchildren, Tyler, Avery, Paisley, Gracie, Danielle, Kambree, Oaklee, Kobee, Braelyn, Ella, Austin, Belva, Ruby, Waylon, Sage, Layne, Barrett, Ayla, and Liam; two sisters, Ruth Friede of Germany, Fay Edge of Sidney; one brother, Daniel (Terri) Vincent of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; two special nephews that she raised like her own, Evan (Kelly) Thomas, and Travis (Tammy) Edge; and last but not least her best friend, her dog Allie; also many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, a son, Daniel "Boone" Jennings; a grandson, Jeremy Darst; her brother, Steven Vincent; and her brother in law, Bob Edge.
Victoria was a great Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother and was a wonderful homemaker. Her family was everything to her, and she loved to spend time with each and every member of her family. Friends of her children even called her Mom. She was a lifetime Auxiliary member of the Piqua VFW Post 4874 and the Am Vets Post 66 in Covington, she enjoyed nature, and had a green thumb and appreciated plants and flowers, she also liked to go fishing and feed and watch the birds. Victoria collected many angel and Mickey Mouse items over the years. She will truly be missed by her family and all who were blessed to know and love her.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements are being handled through the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home.
