TERRY J. BOLTON

Terry J. Bolton, 80, of Piqua, passed away at 12:08 a.m. Sunday, May 21, 2023 in the comfort of his home. He was born December 28, 1942 in Piqua to the late Robert and Rosella (Short) Bolton. He married Christine M. Vickery on August 19, 1967 in Piqua and she survives.

Other survivors include one son, Jeff Bolton of Piqua; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; his son in law, Greg Highley of Piqua; also many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Jill Highley; and two brothers, Dennis and David Bolton.

Terry was a graduate of Piqua Central High School Class of 1960. Terry was a proud U.S. Army Veteran that served during the Vietnam Conflict. Terry worked as a Branch Manager for Chemlawn, which furthered his passion for keeping his yard in perfect order. Following his time at Chemlawn, Terry worked as the Human Resources Manager for Hemm's Glass Shop and retired after many years of hard work and dedication. Terry loved to golf, and to take golfing trips with his friends over the years. He also enjoyed Texas Hold'em Poker that he and a group of friends got together to play regularly. Terry loved being on the lake and go fishing, and enjoyed spending time at their home on Indian Lake and going up to Torch Lake in Michigan with family and friends. Terry will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A service to honor Terry's life will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements are being handled through the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home.
