Taylor Page Puckett, 29, of Piqua, passed away unexpectedly at 2:45 a.m. Thursday, April 3, 2025 at Kettering Medical Center. She was born September 3, 1995 in Dayton to Angela Puckett of Englewood.
Taylor is also survived by her two children, Alaina Spears and Braxton Worley; her four-legged brother, Pete Puckett; and numerous grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
Taylor was a graduate of Milton-Union High School, Class of 2014. Taylor's children were the center of her universe, and she loved being their mother. She enjoyed sitting on the porch with friends, watching the kids run and play. She had a heart of gold and was very loving, gentle and devoted to her friends and family. Taylor enjoyed traveling with friends on little vacations and cherished those memories. She enjoyed playing softball when she was younger, and enjoyed staying active. She will truly be missed by all who loved her.
Taylor's Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 12, 2025 at the Union Baptist Church in Englewood. Funeral arrangements are being handled through the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home.
