Tanya J. Kiser, 51, of Piqua, died at 8:22 a.m. Sunday, October 10, 2021 at the Upper Valley Medical Center. She was born March 24, 1970 in Piqua to Richard and Jean (Richardson) Kiser of Piqua.
Other survivors include her best friend of many years, Cindy Saum of Piqua; Cindy’s daughter, Kandice (Erich Brockmann) Saum of Elyria; three half sisters, Nita (Don) McGreevy, Rita (Roy Howard) Kiser, Kathy (Gary) Ganger; a nephew, Dustin (Elise) Kiser of Piqua; a niece, Darci (Michael) Marshall; two great nieces, Jay, Sky; a great nephew, Tre; and the light of her life, her great nephew, Jaxon. She was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Kiser, Jr.
Tanya was a 1988 graduate of Piqua High School and attended Edison State Community College. She worked for many years as the custodian for Russia Local Schools. She loved to fish and camp. She enjoyed watching racing as well as working on cars. She was an animal lover and loved her dogs Joey and Haley. She spent all the time she could with her great nephew, Jaxon.
A memorial service to honor her life will be held at a later date at the Piqua Fish & Game. Funeral arrangements are being provided to the family through the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home.
