TAMARA L. "TAMMY" WEIDNER

Tamara L. “Tammy” Weidner, 64, of Sidney, passed away unexpectedly at 2:49 p.m. Tuesday, July 11, 2023 in her home. She was born September 27, 1958 in Piqua to Bettie (Durand) Denning of Piqua and the late Brian Bunnell. Along with her mother, she is survived by a brother, LeRoy Allan Bunnell of Sidney; an aunt, Sue Durand; and her nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Leroy and Edna Durand, her aunt Janice Hager Denning; her stepfather, Tom Denning; an uncle, James Durand; and her cousins, Steve Hager, and Rick (Neva) Hager

Tammy was a 1976 graduate of Piqua Central High School. She worked various jobs over the years including as a bartender and worked as a factory worker. She was a wonderful caretaker for her family, running to gather their groceries and other necessities. She loved to garden and tend to her plants and enjoyed shopping. She was an animal lover, especially her beloved pup, Sadie.

A private service to honor her life will be held at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements are being provided to the family through the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home.
