SUSAN B. MEIRING

Susan B. Meiring, 73, of Piqua, passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2025. She was born September 16, 1951 in Piqua to the late Donald Dapore and Betty (Bumgardner) Dapore.

Susan is survived by two children, Mindy Meiring of Piqua, and Chad (Amber) Meiring of Sidney; three grandchildren; one sister, Debby (Eldon) Shepard of Piqua; also numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her sister, Joyce Wiliams.

Susan was a graduate of Piqua Central High School, Class of 1969. Susan worked at Stouder Hospital and Upper Valley Medical Center as a nurse for almost 30 years. She was a lover of animals, especially her dogs and cats. She also enjoyed planting flowers and caring for them.

A graveside service to honor Susan will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 30, 2025 at Forest Hill Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are being provided to the family through the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home.
