Shane M. Craft, 35, of Anna, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at his residence. He was born March 6, 1989 in Piqua to Wendy K. (Hoblit) Craft of Sidney and the late Randal Todd Craft. He married Jennifer E. (Conklin) Craft July 25, 2009 at the Kingdom Hall in Piqua and she survives.
Shane is also survived by his two sons, Noah and Ezra Craft; two siblings, Shawn (Melissa) Craft and family, of Piqua, and Erin (Jason) Bensman and family, of Sidney; also many other cousins, relatives and friends.
Shane was a graduate of Houston High School, Class of 2007. He was the co-owner of C&C Cable Company, and he was very devoted to his customers and his employees. Shane was a devoted brother at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Shane was a very hard worker, and would stop whatever he was doing to help another, whether it be for work or a friend in need. Shane loved people, had never met a stranger, and was always willing to give his time or effort to anyone. He was the life of the party and loved to laugh. But he mostly enjoyed bringing joy to others. Shane enjoyed playing video games, going hunting and camping, and found peace sitting next to the campfire. Shane's family was everything to him, although he loved to prank his wife and wrestle with his boys, he was tender-hearted and loved to cuddle. He was full of love and the best father, husband, brother, and son anyone could hope for. Although he will be dearly missed, Shane will be remembered for the joy and light he brought to all of our lives.
A service to honor Shane's life will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 25, 2024 at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home with Brother Danny McKenzie officiating. Burial will be held privately at Beechwood Cemetery in Lockington. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, also at the funeral home. Guestbook condolences and expressions of sympathy, to be provided to the family may be expressed through jamiesonandyannucci.com.
