ROBERT W. MILLER

Robert W. Miller, age 78, of Troy, Ohio, passed away peacefully on November 30, 2025, at Piqua Manor Nursing Home after a short illness.

Born in July 1947 in Evansville, Indiana, Robert was the son of the late H.B. and Jennie (Tincha) Miller. He was preceded in death by his sister, Jo Lou Miller. He is survived by his brothers, Michael (Dorothy) Miller of Piqua and Paul (Pam) Miller of Piqua, along with several nieces and nephews who will forever cherish his memory.

Robert graduated from Troy High School and went on to serve his country proudly in the U.S. Air Force, where he was stationed in the Philippines and Thailand during the Vietnam War. Following his military service, Robert worked as a welder at Hobart/ITW for more than 30 years, dedicating his career to craftsmanship and hard work.

In his leisure time, Robert enjoyed the excitement of lotto games, casinos, dog races, and fast cars. He also had a deep love for his cats, Harley and Joey, who brought him great joy and companionship.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Garbry Ridge Assisted Living, Piqua Manor Nursing Home, and Legacy Hospice for their compassionate care of Robert.
