PATTY R. LOWE

Patty R. Lowe, 87, of Piqua, passed away at 12:30 a.m. Saturday, August 2, 2025 at Miami Valley South Campus in Centerville. She was born August 3, 1937 in Clinchmore, Tennessee to the late Arnold and Hazel (Neal) Marcum. She married Bobby Lowe June 28, 1957 in Jacksboro, Tennessee. Bobby preceded her in death November 8, 1996.

Survivors include three children, Keith (Larry) Lowe of Celina, Kevin (Melissa) Lowe of Celina, and Kyla (Scott) Manson of Covington; five grandchildren, Michael Lowe, Kody Lowe, Jordan Jaqua, Chase Manson, Jonathan Lowe and Bobbi Lively and three great-grandchildren, twins Kale and Kennedy Lowe and baby Lively and nephew, Gilbert (Angie) Carroll of St. Paris. She was preceded in death by son, Kerry Lowe, four sisters, Annette Carroll, Jolene Gehrke, Flora Mae Marcum and Lela Fay Marcum and granddaughter, Krista Marie Lowe.  

Patty worked for Evenflo as a seamstress. She joined New Cannon Baptist Church September 1953. After moving to Piqua, she joined Calvary Baptist Church which became Abundant Life Baptist Church. Patty enjoyed sewing baby blankets for family and friends. In her spare time she enjoyed word searches and spending time with her grand dogs, Raisin, Rainy, Gomez and Oscar. Patty was a compassionate person who loved the Lord, her family and friends.

A service to honor her life will begin at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Euton officiating. A private graveside service will be held at Miami Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Abundant Life Baptist Church 726 Wilson Ave Piqua, OH 45356.
