PATRICIA D. CRESON

Patricia D. Creson, 82, of Piqua, passed away at 7:40 a.m. Saturday, December 25, 2021 at her residence. She was born November 27, 1939 in Piqua to the late Nicholas T. and Lillian (Rittenhouse) Henderson. She married E. Wayne Creson May 2, 1970 in Piqua; and he survives.

Other survivors include two daughters, Gail Shough of Beavercreek, Brenda (Jody) Causey of Piqua; four grandchildren, Jake (Maggie) Causey, Harrison Shough, Melissa Persinger, Nick (Tiffany) Shough; eight great grandchildren; two brothers, Bob (Jane) Henderson, Doug (Missy) Henderson all of Piqua; and a daughter-in-law, Lynn Shough of Troy. She was preceded in death by two brothers, George Henderson, Jerry Henderson; her son, Donald Shough; and a granddaughter, Jazlynn Persinger.

Mrs. Creson attended Piqua Central High School. She had worked for the former Hartzell Veneer. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church. She was dedicated to her family, especially to her grandchildren and made them her priority. Additionally, she enjoyed shopping, tending to her yard and caring for her flowers. She will be missed by her loving family.

A service to honor her life will begin at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home with Pastor Shane Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
