Guenthner on July 24, 1959 in Piqua who proceded her in death on October 31, 2012.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Mark A. & Patsy J. (Maxwell) Guenthner of Piqua; three step-grandsons, Bradley, Bryon, and Kyle (Shannon); seven step-great-grandchildren; two step-great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews who loved her very much. Mrs. Guenthner was a 1950 graduate of Christiansburg-Jackson High School. She worked for several years in the tabulating office at Hobart Manufacturing in Troy. There they specialized in growing Baby's Breath, Delphiniums, and a wide variety of perennial plants and flowers for the wholesale greenhouse industry.
She was a faithful member of Greene Street United Methodist Church for over 65 years, where she very much enjoyed Sunday School and volunteering her time to help with various activities. In addition to being a great homemaker, Rosie enjoyed spending time with and caring for elderly family members who were in need of help throughout her lifetime. She will be greatly missed by all.
