MARY K. "KATHY" CREAGER

Mary K. "Kathy" Creager, 70, of Piqua, passed away unexpectedly on April 1, 2023. She was born April 2, 1952 in Troy to the late James W. and Janet L. (Mumford) Rosenbalm Sr. She married Harry D. Creager Sr. on December 15, 1972 in Piqua and he preceded her in death October 17, 2003.

Kathy is survived by two children, Erica "Nikki" Fry of Troy, Harry D. (Lizia) Creager Jr. of Piqua; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; three siblings, James (Cathy) Rosenbalm Jr., Jane (Bob) Reddel, and Terri West; also many other relatives and friends. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her son in law, Darren Fry.

Kathy worked as a florist with Andy's Garden for over 25 years. She enjoyed keeping a garden at home, and collecting antiques, and in recent years going on vacations and to concerts, especially the Eagles and their cover bands. Most of all, spending time with her children and grandchildren was most important to Kathy.

A service to honor her life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2023 at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home with Pastor Kris Geise officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Miami Valley, 1700 Delco Park Dr., Dayton, OH 45420.
