LUCY KAYLEAH QUEEN

Lucy KayLeah Queen, precious daughter of Kevin and Lisa Queen was born into the arms of Jesus at 10:39 a.m., Sunday, February 4th, 2024 at Miami Valley Hospital. Although Lucy did not spend time with us on earth she was dearly loved and impacted many lives. Lucy was greeted in Heaven by her Aunt Brittany and Aunt Alicia along with a host of great grandparents; Roger Queen, Cora Queen, Midge Simmons, Vicky Cromer, James Mumaw, Myrtle Mumaw, Darlene Miller , Great Uncle Jim Mumaw.

Lucy’s big sister Grace made sure Lucy knew she was loved and happy in mommy's belly with daily belly pats, kisses, stories and special snacks.

In addition to Lucy's parents and big sister she is survived by Great Grandpa, Douglas Miller, Great Grandpa, Gregory and Grandma Patty Simmons; and Great Grandpa Sonny Cromer. She is also survived by her Paternal Grandparents, Walt & Sheryl Queen, Steve & Sherry Carver; Maternal Grandparents, Jayson Mumaw, Joyce Mumaw; and multiple loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Lucy, we will forever love and miss you and are so incredibly grateful that God chose us to be your mommy and daddy. We will be forever changed by your existence. We will hold you in our hearts until we can hold you in heaven.

A memorial service to honor Lucy’s life will be privately held for family and friends at The Upper Room Worship Center. Funeral arrangements are being provided to the family through the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home.
