Kimberly Kay Phillips, 69, of Piqua, passed away at 8:15 p.m. Sunday, November 23, 2025 at Piqua Manor Nursing Home. She was born August 27, 1956 in Piqua to the late Jehu and Ruth (Baugh) Phillips.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Melody Phillips of Piqua; a nephew, Tyler Phillips of Piqua; and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother, Kent Phillips.
Ms. Phillips was a 1974 graduate of Piqua Central High School and she attended Edison State. She was a member of Piqua Christian Church where she had previously served as the organist and also played the piano. She enjoyed spending time at the church for Bible study. She worked in various positions over the years including Hobart Corporation and Duff’s Smorgasbord. She enjoyed listening to music, playing games, especially Uno, and working word search puzzles. She loved her family deeply and cherished all the time they spent together.
A service to honor her life will begin at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 5, 2025 at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home with Pastor Craig Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County, Inc. 3230 N. County Rd. 25A, Troy, OH 45373.
