KENNETH DEAN BILLINGS

Kenneth Dean Billings, 73, of Piqua, Ohio, was born on October 29, 1953, in Estill County, Kentucky, and passed away on January 1, 2026.

He was the son of the late Oscar Billings and Blondena (Fielder) Billings.

Kenneth is survived by his daughter, Toni (Billings) Schmidt; son-in-law, Curtis Schmidt; grandchildren, Piper and August Schmidt; and his brother and sister-in-law, Charlie and Polly Haller.
