JOYCE L. CRAFT

Joyce L. Craft, 82, of Houston, died at 10:56 a.m. Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at the Upper Valley Medical Center. She was born May 23, 1940 in New Bedford, Massachusetts to the late Frank and Julietta (Chaves) Enos. She married William F. “Bill” Craft April 12, 1958 in New Bedford, Massachusetts; and he preceded her in death June 9, 2011.

Survivors include eight children, William (Dell) Craft, Jr. of Maineville, Julie (Robert) Carroll of Piqua, Tom Craft of Piqua, Russell (June) Craft of Piqua, James Craft of Piqua, Lynda Craft of Piqua, Frank Craft of West Milton, Amberly Craft of Piqua; eleven grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law, Wendy Craft of Sidney. She was preceded in death by a son, Randy Craft; a grandson, Thomas Craft, Jr., and a daughter-in-law, Tracy Craft.

Mrs. Craft was a devoted mother, grandmother and homemaker. She loved her family deeply and enjoyed cooking for and sharing meals with them. She was a devout member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness and cherished her volunteer ministry work. She will be deeply missed by her loving family.

A service to honor her life will begin at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, November 5, 2022 via Zoom with Minister Warren Hardin officiating. The service will take place on Zoom, the member ID is 84767338605, and the passcode is 151940. Private burial will be held at Beechwood Cemetery, Lockington. Funeral arrangements are being provided to the family through the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home.
