David was a graduate of Piqua High School Class of 1972. He was a proud U.S. Army Veteran and loved his country. David was previously a police officer and drove for Imperial Coach, transporting musicians and others to special events. David had his pilot’s license, and enjoyed his flights very much. He also rode motorcycles, and enjoyed “getting in the wind” and going for rides with his friends. He loved horses, and owned 36 at one time. One of David’s biggest passions was music; he enjoyed going to the Hillbilly Hoedown Tuesday nights, attending concerts, but especially loved playing guitar and had a beautiful singing voice. David loved his family and cherished spending time with his grandchildren. He had a heart of gold, loved people and never met a stranger. He will truly be missed.
