GENEVA M. RANDLES

Geneva M. Randles, 87, of Piqua, passed away at 11:35 a.m. Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Koester Pavilion. She was born September 10, 1935 in West Milton to the late Russell and Cora (Bare) Ganger. She married Harold L. “Shorty” Randles June 29, 1957 in Miami County; and he preceded her in death October 5, 2020.

Survivors include a son, Steven Randles of Piqua; a daughter, Vicki (Tim) Wolfe of Springfield; two grandchildren, Christine Walters, Matthew (Maggie Ditman) Wolfe; two great grandchildren, Michelle Walters, Morgan Wolfe; three sisters, Shirley Redding of Piqua, Esther (Don) Kriegbaum of Englewood, Joyce Houston of Troy; and two brothers, Stanley (Helen) Ganger of Troy, and Larry (Sherri) Ganger of Troy. She was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Ganger.

Mrs. Randles was a 1955 graduate of Newton High School. She was a wonderful homemaker, mother and wife. She was a past member of the Piqua Antique Car Club. She liked to keep her hands busy and was gifted at embroidering. She loved to watch the Cincinnati Reds and WWF Wrestling. Additionally, she enjoyed working her word puzzles. She will be deeply missed by her loving family.

A service to honor her life will begin at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 24, 2023 at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Keith A. Gebhart officiating. Burial will follow at Miami Memorial Park, Covington. Visitation will be held from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
