DAVID A. RULEY

David A. Ruley, 73, of Piqua, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy. He was born July 17, 1952 in Piqua to the late Harold and Laura (Lind) Ruley.

Survivors include son, Nathan Ruley; two grandchildren; two sisters, Renee (Michael) Bowling of Piqua, Linda Francis of Piqua; Chris Ruley; and David’s partner, June Enochs. David was preceded in death by twin brother, Douglas J. Ruley and two sons.

David was a 1972 graduate of Piqua Central High School.  He worked for Crane Pumps & Systems in Piqua as a C & C operator. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. David enjoyed fishing with his brother Douglas and working on cars in his spare time.
