DANIEL C. DEBROSSE

Daniel C. DeBrosse, 63, of Piqua, passed away peacefully at 12:23 p.m. Monday, August 19, 2024 at Hospice of Miami County, following a short battle with lung cancer. He was born June 28, 1961 in Columbus to the late Louis C. and Mary L. (Brooks) DeBrosse. He married Beth A. Silvers; and she survives.

Other survivors include two sons, Adam DeBrosse of Piqua, Shawn (Ashley) Silvers of Piqua; two daughters, Jessica (Sam) Stager of Covington, Nicole (Rich) Addington of Piqua; six grandchildren, Lyla, Peyton, Laynie, Olivia, Kayla, Kari; a great grandson, Walker; a brother, Thomas (Lori) DeBrosse of Piqua; and a sister, Donna Schaub of Piqua. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert DeBrosse.

Mr. DeBrosse was a 1979 graduate of Piqua Central High School. He worked as a delivery contractor for FedEx. He was a devout fan of the Cincinnati Bengals. He enjoyed cooking and finding joy in the simple things in life. He adored his family and cherished all the time he was able to spend with them.

A service to honor his life will begin at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, August 24, 2024 at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home with Pastor Kris Geise officiating. Private burial will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00-3:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
