Twenty-five years ago, Brad and Linda relocated to Surfside Beach, Texas, to live out their dream together. He worked as a home remodeler and provided maintenance to properties within the Gulf community that had been impacted by storms and hurricanes. Brad was also active as a mentor and sponsor in Alcoholics Anonymous where he and Linda established a community. He was known as a true friend who was willing to provide whatever he could, whether it was employment, shelter, or emotional support to those working the steps of the program. As an avid outdoorsman, Brad could often be found on his boat cruising the Gulf of Mexico and intercoastal waterways in search of his next catch or hunting the woods of northeast Texas with his friends and family. Beloved by family and community, he will be forever remembered and greatly missed.
