BARBARA ELLEN PEMBERTON

Barbara Ellen Pemberton, 61, of Piqua, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at Piqua Manor Nursing Home. She was born July 12, 1964 in London, Ohio to the late Wilmer L. and Nellie B. (Black) Pemberton.

Barbara is survived by her brother, Walter (Karen) Pemberton of Casstown; her sister in law, Nancy Pemberton of Springfield; also several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Barbara was preceded in death by her brother and sister, Kenneth and Carolyn Pemberton.

Barbara was a graduate of Mechanicsburg High School, and was a longtime, faithful member of the Piqua Church of the Nazarene. She was involved with Riverside of Miami County and received wonderful care and support over the years. Barbara was crafty and enjoyed making things in her spare time, but most of all she enjoyed visiting and talking with family members and friends, and keeping up to date on everyone’s current events.

Barbara will be interred privately alongside her parents and sister at Fair View Cemetery in Mutual, Ohio. Funeral arrangements are being handled through the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Riverside of Miami County.
