She was born September 8, 1929 in Skaneateles, New York to the late Raymond and Anna (Huston) Kew. She married Duane O. "Doug" Page November 21, 1953 in Fort Worth, Texas and he preceded her in death March 9, 2013.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Don Kew; and a sister, Joan Blommel.

Mrs. Page was a 1946 graduate of Skaneateles High School in New York. She worked for many years as an accounting clerk retiring from the R.L. Drake Company in Miamisburg. She was an avid reader, was active in a bridge club, enjoyed playing golf, bowling and playing tennis as well as knitting and crocheting. She also enjoyed keeping fit. She looked forward to her daily walks where she would walk around Piqua up to three or four miles daily. When she could no longer walk she would ride her stationary bicycle almost every day. She loved her family and will be deeply missed.
